Part one: come back to your previous objective to stop a maximum of wars because war is really bad for the environment.

Part two: invest massively in planet saving technologies.

Part three: run a large coalition of countries and corporations with the same goal.

One can imagine other venues but only these three projects coming from the strongest country can do the job.
