OBITUARY DAVID FIREMAN
You passed away on Friday, April 30, 2010 , at the age of seventy, but will always be in our hearts.
Loving husband of Joyce Shamy for forty-two years.
Caring father of Joshua (Thamason) and Matthew (Bo-Li) and wildly devoted grandfather of Ella, Holly and Jade.
Twin brother of Maurice, and brother of Bruce and the late Peter. You will be missed by your brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and friends.
We will miss your repetitive jokes and tales of the French Foreign Legion,
but most of all, we will miss knowing that you were always there for us, and watching you read tirelessly to your loving granddaughters snuggled against you.
Our family is thankful to Dr. David Morris and the doctors and staff of the Royal Victoria Hospital
for their exceptional care, giving us as much time together as was possible.
Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Tuesday, May 4 at 2:00 p.m.
Burial at the Beit Abraham Congregation Section, Kehal Israel Cemetery, D.D.O.
Shiva at David's home, afternoon and night, through Friday, May 7.
